With 434+ marine species recorded in the area - including barracuda, blue sharks, dolphins, dwarf minke whales and great white sharks - Sir Gretan offers some of Flic en Flac & West Coast's richest wreck diving. Water ranges 25-29°C, warmest February, March, April.
The Sir Gretan is a tug vessel, sunk upright at 30 metres off Flic en Flac. It's a relatively intact wreck, with some penetration possible for experienced divers who know what they're doing. Look for lionfish tucked into crevices and schools of snapper circling the mast. We consider it a solid choice for wreck enthusiasts comfortable with deeper dives.
