Îlot Bambo #1 is a shallow lagoon dive, perfect for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed afternoon. The maximum depth of 21 metres means plenty of bottom time to explore the sandy patches and the scattered coral bommies. We often spot juvenile reef fish taking shelter here, along with a few friendly turtles grazing. It’s a gentle introduction to Mayotte’s inner lagoon.
