Passe Saziley - Mayotte Lagoon
Passe Saziley offers a gentle drift through the lagoon, a solid choice for newer divers getting comfortable with currents. At a mellow 21 meters, you're mostly cruising along a sandy bottom, dotted with coral bommies providing shelter for smaller reef fish. We've seen plenty of fusiliers here, often schooling tightly, and the occasional whitetip reef shark patrolling the deeper sections. It’s not the most dramatic dive in Mayotte, but it's reliably pleasant, making it a good warm-up for the more exposed outer reefs.
