Tombant Sakouli, inside the Mayotte Lagoon, is a calm entry for new divers. It’s essentially a gentle wall that bottoms out at 16 meters, meaning you can take your time exploring without worrying about depth limits. We often spot schools of snapper hugging the wall’s contours here, and it's a good place to find smaller, cryptic creatures tucked into the coral nooks if you’re patient. Visibility is usually pretty dependable within the lagoon, making it a comfortable spot for a relaxed morning dive.
