Passe de l’Ermitage - Saint-Gilles & West Coast
Passe de l’Ermitage is a solid choice if you're looking for a relaxed drift. It's a gentle ride, really, topping out at 18 metres, which makes it perfect for newer divers getting comfortable with currents. We’ve found it’s a good spot to just let the water do the work, keeping an eye out for the usual suspects: surgeonfish, parrotfish, and the occasional turtle cruising by. It’s not the most dramatic reef on the island, but it’s consistently pleasant, a reliable way to spend an hour underwater without anything too taxing.
