Pierre au préfet - Saint-Gilles & West Coast
Pierre au préfet is one of those sites we often hit when we want a relaxed dive with consistent interest. It’s not the deepest spot, just kissing 19 metres, making it a good intermediate dive where you don't feel rushed. You'll find yourself drifting gently along a rocky reef structure, dotted with sponges and soft corals that glow under your torch. Look closely and you'll spot moray eels peering from crevices, and we’ve often seen big schools of surgeonfish cruising by. It’s a comfortable dive, perfect for a long bottom time, or when you just want to take it easy and watch the reef’s inhabitants go about their day.
