TU 88 - Kalpitiya & Northwest
The TU 88 sits in just five metres of water, making it an easy, relaxed dive for anyone keen on exploring a proper wreck without the depth. This sailing vessel, now officially a "dangerous wreck" on the charts, is a fantastic spot to poke around. Even without specific species recorded, we know these shallow wrecks quickly become artificial reefs, drawing in all sorts of reef fish. Expect to see schools flitting through the superstructure and plenty of smaller critters finding homes in the nooks and crannies. It’s an ideal site for new wreck divers or those looking for a chilled-out second dive.
