With 95+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, octopuses, sea turtles and sperm whales - Lumbrela offers some of Dubrovnik & South Coast's richest diving.
Lumbrela offers a straightforward shore dive, popular with local dive centers for training and refresher courses. You'll find a gentle slope descending to around 15 meters, with scattered boulders and a sandy bottom. It's a calm spot, good for getting comfortable in the water, and we often see small Mediterranean fish like blennies and gobies poking around. Ideal for newer divers or those looking for an easy, relaxing plunge close to Dubrovnik.
