Battery Point in Cornwall is a straightforward shore dive, making it a good spot for newer divers or those looking for an easy entry. The sloping seabed gives way to rocky reefs, where we’ve found spider crabs scuttling amongst the kelp and the occasional flatfish. Visibility can be a bit hit-or-miss, improving on calmer days after a dry spell. It’s a solid local dive for getting in the water without a boat trip.
