Why dive here
With 91+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, octopuses, sea turtles and cuttlefish - Moana offers some of Kornati Islands's richest pinnacle diving. Water ranges 14-26°C, warmest July, August, September.
Moana offers a straightforward dive, well-suited for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed afternoon. The site's real draw is the chance to spot red snapping shrimp tucked into the crevices, their tiny claws a blur. While not the most dramatic reef in the Kornati, it provides a pleasant enough dive with a decent chance of seeing those skittish shrimp.
