Why dive here
With 91+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, octopuses, sea turtles and cuttlefish - Mrtovac offers some of Kornati Islands's richest reef diving. Water ranges 14-26°C, warmest July, August, September.
Mrtovac offers a straightforward dive in the Kornati Islands. We've found the rock formations interesting, with a good chance of spotting smaller Mediterranean fish like scorpionfish tucked into crevices. It’s a decent option for those looking for a relaxed dive away from the busier spots, suitable for all experience levels. Visibility usually holds up well here.
