Smokvica vela -Wall - Kornati Islands
Smokvica vela’s wall is a solid dive for an easy afternoon out in the Kornati. Dropping to around 33 metres, it’s suitable for beginners looking for a gentle introduction to wall diving without any challenging currents. You’ll spend most of your time enjoying the typical Mediterranean residents: plenty of salema porgy, common two-banded seabream, and the always-present Mediterranean damselfish flitting about. It’s not a site that will blow your mind, but it’s a perfectly pleasant way to spend 45 minutes underwater, especially if you’re keen on simply enjoying the quiet of the reef.
