The wreck dive site near Split offers a decent exploration for divers interested in a piece of local history. We found it’s usually calm enough for a relaxed dive, though visibility can vary with the season. You’ll weave through the skeletal remains, which are now home to a scattering of scorpionfish, small blennies, and the occasional octopus tucked into a crevice. It’s a good spot for those looking for a straightforward wreck dive, perhaps as a second dive, without overly challenging conditions or deep penetration.
