Alpha Divers - Larnaca
We’ve spent a fair bit of time diving around Cyprus, and Alpha Divers in Larnaca always stands out. The team there are just genuinely good people, the kind who make you feel like you’re part of the furniture, even on your first visit. They’re a PADI 5 Star CDC, which means they’re serious about instruction, but they deliver it with zero fuss and plenty of laughs. They really shine when it comes to the Zenobia. Most centres go there, of course, but Alpha Divers seems to have a knack for getting you on the wreck when it’s least crowded. One morning, we had the upper decks almost to ourselves, watching the barracuda school just off the stern, the light shafts piercing through the car deck windows. It was glorious. They also know some quieter spots beyond the big wreck, little reef patches with moray eels peering out and nudibranchs crawling along the rocks. If you’re looking for a solid, friendly operation that puts you first and knows the local waters inside out, these are your people.
