With 213+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, great white sharks, hammerhead sharks and mobula rays (devil rays) - La Bibliothèque offers some of Corsica's richest diving. Water ranges 15-28°C, warmest July, August, September.
La Bibliothèque, or "The Library," is a calm beginner site near Corsica's coast. We find a series of small, swim-through caves and overhangs here, perfect for honing buoyancy skills without strong currents. Sunlight filters beautifully into the openings, illuminating schooling damselfish and occasional moray eels peeking from crevices. It's a great spot for newer divers to explore the Mediterranean's rockier reef structures.
