With 213+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, great white sharks, hammerhead sharks and mobula rays (devil rays) - Sec 1 offers some of Corsica's richest diving. Water ranges 15-28°C, warmest July, August, September.
Sec 1 in Corsica is a good spot for newer divers, dropping down to a maximum of 20 metres. You’ll find typical Mediterranean rocky reef formations here, providing shelter for a variety of smaller fish. It’s a comfortable dive, usually with mild current, making it a solid choice for shaking off the rust or getting some practice in. We often use it for checking gear before heading to deeper sites.
