SISTER ANNE - Corsica
Sister Anne is less a dive site and more a unique snorkel or very shallow exploration spot, really. This old sailing vessel, which ran aground and burned back in '71, sits right on the rocks, half in, half out of the water. You'll find yourself finning around charred timbers and twisted metal, watching small wrasse dart amongst the remnants. It's a striking wreck, visible even from the surface, creating a habitat for gobies and blennies in the tight crevices. For something different, or a relaxed surface interval snorkel, it’s worth a look.
