With 213+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, great white sharks, hammerhead sharks and mobula rays (devil rays) - Stareso offers some of Corsica's richest reef diving. Water ranges 15-28°C, warmest July, August, September.
Stareso, just off the coast of Corsica, offers a straightforward Mediterranean dive. At a maximum depth of 13m, it's ideal for those new to diving or looking for a relaxed time underwater. You'll find yourself cruising over rocky seabed, with small groups of colourful wrasse darting between the rocks. It’s a good spot to get comfortable with your gear and practice buoyancy in calm conditions.
