With 213+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, great white sharks, hammerhead sharks and mobula rays (devil rays) - Tour de la Calanca offers some of Corsica's richest diving. Water ranges 15-28°C, warmest July, August, September.
Tour de la Calanca is a gentle, shallow dive, perfect for beginners or a relaxed second dip. We found it a pleasant spot to cruise over sand patches and small rock formations, where we often spot juvenile fish darting between the crevices. The maximum depth of 7m makes it an ideal location for getting comfortable in the water or for extended safety stops. It’s not a thrill-seeker's dive, but it’s a calm introduction to Corsican diving.
