Why dive here
With 213+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, great white sharks, hammerhead sharks and mobula rays (devil rays) - Vanga offers some of Corsica's richest diving. Water ranges 15-28°C, warmest July, August, September.
Vanga is a very shallow spot, topping out at seven metres, making it an ideal first dive or a relaxed second splash. We see plenty of damselfish darting between the rocks and small schools of bream grazing on algae. It’s perfect for snorkelers too, and a nice easy spot for beginners to get comfortable with their kit.
