Junker 88 II - Marseille & Calanques
The Junker 88 II rests upright on a sandy bottom, a surprisingly intact German bomber from WWII. It’s an atmospheric dive, often with good visibility, allowing you to appreciate the scale and detail of the wreckage. We’ve found it’s best suited for experienced wreck divers comfortable at depth, given its location off the coast of Marseille. There isn't much coral growth, but the plane itself is the draw.
