La cheminée - Marseille & Calanques
La cheminée, or "The Chimney," is a pretty cool little cavern dive just off Marseille. It's a beginner-friendly spot, topping out at a modest 24 metres, making it accessible for newer divers wanting to try a proper overhead environment. We love how the light plays inside, filtering down from the surface opening, creating these really nice shafts of blue. You’ll weave through some tight spots, then open into a small chamber before ascending through the chimney itself. It's not a big fish site, but the atmosphere makes it worth the trip, especially when the conditions are calm.
