With 157+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, dwarf minke whales, humpback whales and mobula rays (devil rays) - La Rourre offers some of Marseille & Calanques's richest diving. Water ranges 14-25°C, warmest July, August, September.
La Rourre is a straightforward dive, topping out at 27 metres, which makes it good for newer divers building confidence. You'll find a series of rocky outcrops and small walls here. While not typically bursting with large pelagics, we often spot octopuses tucked into crevices and smaller schooling fish navigating the rocks. It’s a solid spot for an easy afternoon dive.
