Le Petit Cap Roux - Marseille & Calanques
Le Petit Cap Roux offers a decent dive for those looking to explore a bit deeper in the Calanques. We usually drop onto a sloped reef, running down to about 28 metres. You'll find plenty of gorgonian fans clinging to the rocks, particularly once you get past 20 metres, and often we spot moray eels tucked into the crevices. It’s a good spot for intermediate divers comfortable with depth, especially if you’re hoping to slow down and really look for the smaller stuff that calls the Mediterranean home. The conditions here are usually pretty mellow, making for a relaxed exploration.
