L'oursin is a straightforward beginner dive, reaching a maximum depth of 22 metres. We typically find it a gentle spot, good for those looking to get comfortable with the Mediterranean's unique feel. Expect to cruise over rocky slopes, spotting nudibranchs if you have a keen eye, and plenty of sea urchins, which give the site its name. It's a reliable choice for less experienced divers in the Calanques.
