SPYROS - Zakynthos & Ionian Islands

The Spyros wreck, a trawler resting in just 3 metres of water, is a perfect spot for divers new to wrecks or those who just want an easy, shallow dive. You can spend a good amount of time exploring its 20-metre length, with sunlight dappling through the deck structures. We often see moray eels peeking from crevices and schools of ornate wrasse darting around the superstructure. It’s a relaxed dive, great for refining buoyancy or for photographers looking for an accessible wreck with good light. Just be aware that its 'dangerous wreck' classification means it's best to stay on the outside, enjoying the structure without penetration.
