Swiss Cheese Paleo - Zakynthos & Ionian Islands

Swiss Cheese Paleo, off Zakynthos, is a curious little dive. It’s a shallow wreck, more like a collection of scattered parts than a ship, broken up by time and the sea into a formation that reminds us of its namesake. You’ll find a surprising amount of small reef fish darting between the metal plates and through the holes, along with the occasional octopus tucked into a crevice. It’s a relaxed dive, good for getting back in the water after a break, or for newer divers looking for something a bit different from just reef exploration. We'd suggest going in the morning before any wind picks up.
