Grotta Byron - Portofino & Liguria

Grotta Byron is a straightforward cavern dive near Portofino, great for newer divers. The entrance sits at about 8 metres, leading into a large, airy space where you can surface inside and admire the light shafts. We’ve seen small schools of damselfish and often find nudibranchs clinging to the walls near the entry. It’s a pleasant, easy dive, perfect for building confidence in an overhead environment.
