Grotta Dell Eremita in Portofino is a decent cave dive, not overly challenging but still interesting. You'll find it accessible to most recreational divers, with a reasonable amount of space inside. Look for the resident lobsters tucked into crevices and the usual Mediterranean reef fish darting around the entrance. It's a good spot if you're keen to explore a cavern without battling strong currents or complex navigation.
