With 70+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, humpback whales, mobula rays (devil rays) and oceanic whitetip sharks - Lo Scoglione offers some of Portofino & Liguria's richest diving. Water ranges 14-27°C, warmest July, August, September.
Lo Scoglione is a reliable Portofino dive, a good pick for a relaxed afternoon. The main attraction is a large rock formation, which drops down to around 20 metres. We often see moray eels tucked into the crevices and schooling barracuda patrolling the blue. It’s an easy dive, suitable for Open Water divers looking for a straightforward, pleasant dive.
