Punta dell'Indiano - Portofino & Liguria

Punta dell'Indiano is a straightforward dive, accessible to most, and a good reminder that the Med has its own charm. Dropping down, you'll find the usual suspects along the rocky slope: plenty of corbs darting into crevices, the occasional dusky grouper, and wrasse picking their way through the algal mats. Keep an eye out for slipper lobsters tucked away. The pink sea fans add splashes of colour against the rock, and if you’re lucky, you might spot a scarlet coral. It's a nice easy afternoon dive, particularly if you’re looking for a relaxed exploration rather than big pelagics.
