Why dive here
With 70+ marine species recorded in the area - including blue sharks, dolphins, humpback whales, mobula rays (devil rays) and oceanic whitetip sharks - Punta di Fetovaia offers some of Portofino & Liguria's richest diving. Water ranges 14-27°C, warmest July, August, September.
Punta di Fetovaia offers a straightforward dive, generally calm and good for less experienced divers. You'll find a rocky slope descending gently, home to small groups of damselfish and wrasse. Look closely for nudibranchs on the rocks. It’s a pleasant spot for an easy afternoon dive, not one to chase big pelagics.
