Punta Vessinaro - Portofino & Liguria

Punta Vessinaro is a decent enough dive in the Portofino area, particularly if you’re looking for a quieter spot away from the main boat traffic. We typically find it offers a gentle slope, maybe down to 20-25 metres, where you’ll often spot ornate wrasse darting between the rocks. Keep an eye out for slipper lobsters tucked into crevices, especially as you get a little deeper. It’s a comfortable dive for anyone feeling a bit rusty or those who just want to unwind, and we’ve had some pleasant encounters with salema shoals here.
