Tempesta offers a good, straightforward dive along the Ligurian coast. The site features rocky slopes and small swim-throughs, home to moray eels and lobsters tucked into crevices. It’s a solid pick for divers looking for a relaxed Mediterranean outing without the crowds you sometimes find closer to Portofino. We’d suggest it for an easy second dive of the day.
