Ile de Forana - Nord Ouest - Sardinia

Forana's northwest side is a relaxed drift, perfect for getting back into the swing of things or for newer divers. The reef here only drops to around 13 metres, meaning plenty of bottom time and sunlight filtering through the water. We’ve found groups of ornate wrasse flitting between the rocks and occasionally a curious octopus peering from a crevice. It’s a gentle introduction to Sardinia’s underwater world, easy to navigate and generally free of strong currents.
