The team at D.C. Blue Planet are proper dive pros, without the usual stuffiness. Based out of Budva and Bar, they’re PADI 5 Star IDC Resort, which means they can take you from open water right up to instructor level. We love their no-nonsense approach and the way they know the local sites like the back of their hand. They’re a fantastic pick if you're serious about your PADI certs, or if you just want to explore Montenegro's lesser-dived coast with people who genuinely care about the diving. Montenegro diving often gets overlooked for its Croatian neighbour, but that’s a mistake, and D.C. Blue Planet are the perfect people to show you why. We’ve had some great dives exploring the wrecks off Bar, like the Austro-Hungarian destroyer *Flora* – it’s a spooky, atmospheric dive, often with surprisingly good visibility, and we’ve seen some hefty conger eels living in its metal carcass. They've got access to 26 different sites, which means plenty of variety if you're staying for a week or two. And unlike some of the bigger operations we've seen, they keep the groups small, making for a much more personal and enjoyable experience.
