Cala Iza, off Al Hoceima, is a shallow, sheltered spot, perfect for getting comfortable in the Mediterranean. We found a mix of rock formations and sandy patches at around 12 meters. It’s an easy dive, good for new divers or anyone looking for a relaxed afternoon exploring the shallows without strong currents. You’ll likely spot a few small wrasse and maybe some shy crabs tucked into crevices.
