SEA LADY - Al Hoceima
The Sea Lady, an old steamship, met its end in a surprising collision with a US nuclear submarine in 1968. Now, she rests broken on the seabed near Al Hoceima, her large hull split and scattered. At just 8 meters deep, it's an easy dive, perfect for newer wreck enthusiasts or a relaxed second dive. We’ve found moray eels tucked into crevices, and schools of damselfish flitting through the beams. While the wreck itself is quite broken, the sheer scale of the scattered remains and the history behind it make for an interesting exploration.
