Why dive here
With 44+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, ocean sunfish (mola mola) and sea turtles - La Piscina offers some of Costa Brava's richest diving. Water ranges 13-25°C, warmest July, August, September.
La Piscina, on the Costa Brava, offers a straightforward dive into a large, natural swim-through, hence its name. You’ll find schools of damselfish and often encounter moray eels tucked into the rocky crevices. It’s a good spot for newer divers looking for an easy cavern experience without strong currents. We often suggest it as a second dive for a relaxed afternoon.
