With 44+ marine species recorded in the area - including dolphins, ocean sunfish (mola mola) and sea turtles - Ullastre I offers some of Costa Brava's richest diving. Water ranges 13-25°C, warmest July, August, September.
Ullastre I, off Costa Brava, is one of several similar pinnacles in the area. We’ve found it’s best known for its resident schooling barracuda and big groupers often hanging out in the crevices. Keep an eye out for nudibranchs on the walls, too. It’s a good choice for divers who appreciate rock formations and Mediterranean macro life.
