ROMFORD - Tabarka

Dropping onto the Romford is a step back into maritime history, a 99-meter steamship torpedoed in 1918. Lying at 28 meters, she’s largely intact and offers a fantastic wreck dive for those comfortable with deeper sites. We love nosing around the superstructure, picturing the crew’s final moments, though entry points are limited given her age. Look out for the resident groupers lurking in the shadows and the clouds of small schooling fish that now call this metal hulk home. Visibility can vary, so pick a calm day for the best view of her scale.
