TEASEL - Northumberland & Northeast

The Teasel, a carrier vessel that sank back in '48, sits upright on the seabed at 50 metres, a deep dive certainly, but a rewarding one. You'll find it fairly intact, especially the stern, which still holds a lot of its original shape. We’ve seen conger eels make homes in the deeper sections of the engine room and the occasional curious wolf fish peeking out from under a plate. It’s a good technical dive for those comfortable with the depth and the often-moody visibility that the North Sea can throw at you.
