DELTA - Scottish West Coast

Dropping onto the Delta, you’re looking at a pretty decent Scottish wreck, a steamship that went down in 1895. It sits upright, mostly intact, which is always a bonus when you're exploring. We've seen plenty of conger eels in the deeper sections, tucked into the holds, and the usual suspects of wrasse and blennies patrol the deck. Visibility can be a bit variable here, as it often is on the West Coast, so picking a calm day is key. It’s a solid dive for those who appreciate a bit of history and don't mind a bit of a chill; a 7mm semi-dry or a drysuit is definitely our recommendation.
