The Conestoga - Québec

Diving the Conestoga in Québec is a proper freshwater wreck experience. We've always found the visibility here can vary, but on a good day, the old steamship offers some compelling exploration, especially the intact bow. You’ll weave through the decaying superstructure, a haven for the resident fish. Look for lake sturgeon cruising past, and closer inspection often reveals banded killifish darting amongst the beams. It's a great spot for divers who enjoy poking around a piece of history rather than a coral garden.
