Cenote Calavera - Yucatán Cenotes

Cenote Calavera, or "Temple of Doom," is a cave dive that lives up to its name. You enter through a small hole in the jungle floor, then descend into a larger chamber where three openings above create a skull-like effect with the light. We often find freshwater turtles hanging out near the surface, and the halocline adds an interesting visual layer. It's a spot for divers comfortable in overhead environments and keen on unique light play.
