SS Far Star - Yucatán Cenotes

The SS Far Star gives you a break from the typical cavern diving when you're in the Yucatán. It’s an old dredge, sunk intentionally, now sitting upright on a sandy bottom. We like exploring the deck machinery, especially the large bucket scoops that are still attached. You’ll often find schooling fish darting through the superstructure and the occasional turtle resting on the hull. It’s a good option for divers looking for something a bit different, a chance to explore a small wreck without venturing into the open ocean.
