Children s Pool - California

The Children's Pool in La Jolla offers a shallow, protected dive, ideal for newer divers or those looking for a relaxed snorkel. We often see harbor seals lounging on the beach and in the water, sometimes quite curious about divers. The sandy bottom and kelp patches hide shovel-nosed guitarfish and the occasional horn shark. It's a calm spot, good for practicing skills or just enjoying the seals.
