Farnsworth Bank - California
Farnsworth Bank, off Catalina Island, is a deep pinnacle dive known for its purple hydrocoral. Dropping to over 30 metres, the site often has substantial current, making it best suited for experienced divers comfortable with drift diving. Look for large pelagics, like mola mola, passing through the blue. It’s a challenging dive, but the unique coral makes it worthwhile.
