The Long Beach Breakwater offers an accessible dive, best suited for newer divers or those looking to test new gear. Visibility can be hit or miss, often settling around 3-6 meters, but we've found calm days yield decent observations of common Southern California critters: Garibaldi, sheepshead, and various nudibranchs clinging to the rocks. It’s a good spot for a relaxed shallow dive when other sites are too surgy.
