Rhein
Why dive here
With 87+ marine species recorded in the area - including bull sharks, dolphins, hammerhead sharks, seahorses and sea turtles - Rhein offers some of Florida Keys's richest diving. Water ranges 19-32°C, warmest July, August, September.
The Rhein is a shore entry site in the Florida Keys, often used for training dives. It's not the most spectacular dive, but it's a good spot to practice skills in calm, shallow water. You'll find some smaller reef fish and a few crabs among the patch coral, ideal for newer divers building confidence.
